firstly

hi this is fran. i like garments and things. like shoes. shuz. i'm going to post pictures of pretty pretty things that i find online and have been collecting for some time now. and hopefully soon post pictures of my own pretty pretty things. sometimes i feel when i save an image on my desktop of something i like or rip a picture of something i like out of a magazine, i own some part of it. this, turns out, is not true IN ANY WAY. an image of a shoe on a two-dimensional surface will never ever magically morph into the real thing. no matter how hard you will it. trust me, i've tried. but you have to start somewhere. every once in a while i will find something in a store or online that i spotted earlier in a magazine and ripped out. and it will be a steal! and i will feel triumphant! someone out there is watching, and they're sending clothes my way. i figure if i post a million things i like online, sooner or later it will be raining prada. anyways, bear with me, i promise i'll show you pretty things.
